Account and data deletion requests 刪除帳戶及資料要求
To request deletion of your SmartSleep account or related personal data, contact sleepresearch@cuhk.edu.hk. Please include enough information for the research team to identify your account and process the request.
如需申請刪除 SmartSleep 帳戶或相關個人資料,請聯絡 sleepresearch@cuhk.edu.hk。 請提供足夠資料,讓研究團隊可識別你的帳戶並處理有關要求。
Requests will be handled subject to applicable research, legal, record-keeping, and institutional compliance requirements. Where immediate deletion is not possible, the team will explain the next steps or any required retention.
有關要求將按適用的研究、法律、紀錄保存及機構合規要求處理。如未能即時刪除,研究團隊會說明後續安排或必須保留資料的原因。
